Wharton
Portable Buildings is a Texas family owned business in
Wharton, Texas. The business is
owned by the Barnett family, who are from Texas and live in Wharton and Wharton County.
They currently own and operate Ken Barnett Real Estate
in Wharton, Stor-All Storage (a Private Storage
Facility) in Wharton and now his their business, Wharton
Portable Buildings. They are an Authorized Agent
for Derksen Portable Buildings (manufactured right here
in Texas). After being an owner of a Private Storage
Facility the IDEA
of Rent To Own, your own storage,
on your own
property, coupled with the Derksen
reputation, was what attracted the Barnett family to this business. They
were also impressed with the quality of workmanship and
the quality materials and the Very Professional
Delivery System offered by Derksen. |

Our sheds
are manufactured in Texas and transported by truck
to your backyard or our sales location. We also offer a
build
on site option for an additional fee.
Wharton Portable Buildings became a
Derksen buildings dealer in 2013. Our Wharton, Texas
location
is our first, but look for more locations to open soon.
We love the quality of Derksen
buildings. They sell themselves. If you can't write a
check or pay cash, the rent to own program we have is
awesome. No credit check and free
delivery within 50
miles of our lot.

delivered within
7 business days.

Sheds ordered from the factory are
delivered within
15 business days.

Carports have a 2 to 5 week
delivery range.

No Credit Check!
Rent to own was established
as an alternative to commercial storage. The low
monthly rental rates are comparable to commercial
storage rates per square foot, however, our
Rent to
Own program allows you to have your storage facility
in your own backyard. You are not required to fill
out a credit application, nor are you required to
keep the building. If your building becomes a
financial burden or if for any reason you no longer
need the building, simply give us a call and we will
promptly pick it up and your credit will remain
untarnished. |
